Did you know that what you eat can impact your health? Fruits and vegetables and everything functions well. Cookies, chips and fast food… well you know the story, but what about what you feed your brain. In many cases you don’t have a whole of control of what comes through your television. You may pick a show that seems harmless only to be left with a barrage of commercials leaving you feeling frustrated or inadequate as these messages compel you to buy their products.
Just as fast food can be unhealthy, too much television can be just as detrimental. Try cutting back and notice the positive changes. Change in thoughts, imagination, dreams, attitude and more. Time to switch to diet television for less impact.
